It is important when doing movement based activities that you think quality (controlled movement) rather than quantity (how fast and many). This creates good form, posture and provides the body with optimal sensory input from the movement activity.

You can have your child do:
- alphabet in order
- practice spelling words
- practice their name
- give them specific words and see if they can identify the the letter the word starts with
- and so much more! Be creative with how you could use this and include it in your child's learning while adding movement!
